Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, contact us at info@kinuvel.com with your order number and information about the product you would like to return.

Use the serum once a day. Apply it directly to the scalp and gently massage for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not rinse.

Hair care results take time. We recommend using the serum consistently for at least 3 months. Individual results may vary.

Yes. The serum can be used on a dry or towel-dried scalp. Apply it directly to the scalp.

The serum has a lightweight texture that doesn’t leave hair greasy and is designed for daily use. Apply a small amount to the scalp and massage it in well.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned product or proof that the product has been sent back.

Yes. Kinuvel hair care products are suitable for both women and men.

If you are new to Kinuvel, you can start with the scalp and root serum or use it together with the shampoo for a more complete hair care routine.
