Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

We ship to the countries and locations available at checkout.
Available delivery methods may vary depending on the destination country and the delivery options shown during checkout.
Delivery methods and estimated delivery times
Baltics parcel terminals:
2 to 10 business day delivery to your selected parcel terminal, where available.
Baltics courier delivery:
2 to 10 business day delivery to your address by courier, where available.
Europe delivery:
3 to 14 business day delivery to your address, parcel pickup point or local post office, depending on the destination country and selected delivery method.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery provider, destination country, seasonal workload, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
The final shipping price depends on the destination country, delivery method and order details.
Customs duties and import taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Incorrect delivery information
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.
If delivery is delayed, unsuccessful or returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer.
Uncollected parcels
If the customer does not collect the parcel from a parcel terminal, pickup point, post office or courier and the shipment is returned to us, return shipping costs and repeated delivery costs may be deducted from the refundable amount or charged separately.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kinuvel.com and include your order number and photos of the damaged package or product.
If the shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@kinuvel.com so we can check the situation with the delivery provider.
